Councillor Colin Organ MNAEA, FPCS
Colin is the founder and owner of The Estate Agency and New Homes Centre at City Chambers, Clarence Street, Gloucester. Colin is a former Director of Westbury Homes PLC, a current Director of Gloucester City Homes and The Holloway Friendly Society. Colin is an elected Gloucester City Councillor and has lived in Gloucester for all his life.

Colin values his clients and has built a reputation for excellent customer service and this has been recognised with The Estate Agency being awarded top marks by The Property Ombudsman.

Carole Bartlett MNAEA
Carole is the Office Manager of the estate agency and is a qualified member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Carole started her career in estate agency in 1986 with Sandoe Luce Payne estate agents in the role
of Sales Co-ordinator and then as a negotiator at Nationwide Estate Agents. She joined PS estate agents in 1989 as a negotiator in residential sales and lettings. Carole came to the Estate Agency in 1991 to further her experience in all aspects of residential sales, land and new homes.

She is well respected for her local knowledge, customer care and managerial skills.

Peter Hampshire
Peter has joined the Estate Agency as an associate covering the Cheltenham and Cotswold areas. Peter founded Peter Hampshire Estate Agents in 1991 specialising in residential property sales in Cheltenham and its environs.

Peter’s career began back in the 1980’s when he worked in London for Chesterton’s management team in Kensington and Wimbledon Village. In 1989 he moved his family to Cheltenham setting up his own estate agency two years later. During his career he has acted for a wide range of clients and sold a large number of exclusive properties in both town and country. Based in Prestbury he has fostered excellent working relationships with an extensive network of contacts and established a reputation as a leading Property Professional.
